SECTION III: COMMUNITY CASE STUDIES

 

Section III: Community Case Studies identifies up to four case studies naming specific instances of intolerance and discrimination based on religion or belief in the community. Use all eight articles of the 1981 U.N. Declaration as a Samuel Huntington paradigm to construct when, where, why, who and what happened. Be specific. Cases may range from broad acts of intolerance to specific acts of discrimination in housing, employment, social services, to various forms of violence and conflict in the community. Names of the alleged perpetrators from the state, institutions, groups of persons or a person, and names of the alleged victims should be withheld. There should be no more than four paragraphs for each case study. REMEMBER, in each case study to suggest a solution.
