Academic Institutions can be public, private or religious. Each entry has an abstract of the Academic Institution, title of the material or program using Article 18 and the 1981 UN Declaration, and how to contact them. Tandem Project Links uses five categories of the UN OHCHR Database on Human Rights Education and Training: Type, Geographical Focus, Substantive Focus, Language and Target Group, http://www.unhchr.ch/hredu.nsf, and provides information to the UNESCO Social and Human Sciences Documentation Centre Databases at http://www.unesco.org/shs/shsdc.
